The Iranian Cultural Festival ‘Termeh’ will open in Munich on February 28 and run through March 6. As part of the festival, actor and theater director Atila Pesyani will take his play ‘Tiki-Taka’ on stage at Gasteig Cultural Center on March 1.
First performed in Tehran six years ago, the play is about a traditional, conservative father and his son who has completely different ideas from his father. Yet they struggle to reach a mutual understanding, ISNA reported.
Atila Pesyani and his real son Khosrow perform the play. Tiki-taka is a style of playing football characterized by short passing and movements, working the ball through various channels, and maintaining possession. The style is primarily associated with La Liga club Barcelona.
