Furniture Designed by Bijan Shafei

A collection of furniture designed by architect Bijan Shafei is on display at Art Time Gallery.
The furniture is made mainly from bamboo. Items on display include tables, chairs, paravents, lights and cabinets, according to Gallery Info.
Twenty years ago, Shafei, 57, decided to extend his creativity beyond architecture and started producing innovative furniture.
The exhibit will remain open until March 9. Art Time Gallery is located at No. 14, Neshat Alley, Asef Street, Zafaranieh neighborhood.
