The 21st Muscat International Book Fair opened on February 21 at the Oman International Exhibition Center in the capital where Iran is present with 500 titles.
Books in the Iran pavilion, managed by Iran Cultural Fairs Institute as the country’s representative at the event, include literature, art, Iranology and children’s books in three languages: Persian, English and Arabic, Mehr News Agency wrote. 
This is the third time ICFI is participating in the Omani event, where it is also negotiating the sale of rights to publish books in other countries as well as inviting and encouraging foreign publishers to attend the annual international book fairs in Tehran.
With over 500,000 titles presented by 878 publishers from 28 countries, the book fair will conclude on March 3.
