Shahanameh in Prose

Iranian House of Humanities Thinkers, based in Tehran, will hold the unveiling ceremony of the book ‘Naqals’ Shahanameh’ on February 28.
Shahnameh (book of kings) is the long epic poem book of renowned Persian poet Ferdowsi (940-1020), and naqal is a person who both narrates and plays in stories from the Iranian fables, myths and epics, usually the ones in Shahnameh.
Written by Abbas Zariri-Esfahani, the book has been printed by Qoqnoos (phoenix) Publication in five volumes, Mehr News Agency wrote.
