Young, Veteran Artists Presenting Modern Works

Laleh Art Gallery in Tehran will host the ‘7th Expo of Several Generations of Iranian Contemporary Artists’.
The gallery has hosted earlier editions of the exhibit and in over the years seen an improvement in both quality and quantity of the featured works, Mehr News Agency reported.
The expo will open Friday with 200 visual arts by 76 artists. The works include paintings, print arts, drawings and photography all created with a modern approach.
There are young and veteran artists among the participants including Reza Bangiz, Kambiz Derambakhsh, Behzad Shishegaran, Behnam Kamrani, Maneli Manouchehri, Mehrdad Khataei, Maryam Tabatabaei, Abdolhamid Pazouki, Arman Stepanian, Akbar Nikanpour, Ali Nedaei, Reza Khodadadi, Ahmad Vakili, Reza Hedayat, Mohammad Khalili, Pejman Rahimizadeh, Ebrahim Alipour, Farzaneh Mahjoubi, Jaleh Akhlaqi and Shima Khashkhashi.
Works will be presented at affordable prices. The expo will run through March 16. Laleh Gallery is located on Fatemi Street, next to Laleh Hotel.
