Short film ‘Medal’ written and directed by Masih Masihzadeh-Lari is among the nominees of the second San Mauro Torinese International Film Festival in Turin, Italy, May 23-25. The story of the film revolves around an elementary school-aged boy who is jealous of his brother for the medal he received in a sporting event and the accolades he gets from family and friends, Honaronline reported. Soroush Shah-Manesh, Pouya Nayeri and Siamak Masihzadeh are in the cast.
