The whole day of Friday from 8:30 am until nightfall is planned by Spilet Alborz Travel Agency for indulging in a variety of activities in the snow-covered countryside near Garmabdar, a village in Rudbar-Qasran District, Shemiranat County.
It is a rare opportunity because such abundance of snow is unseen in and around Tehran for years. Several pastimes, games and sports have been planned, such as winter-trekking, sledding, snowball fight and snowman competition.
