Howz-e Soltan Salt Lake in Qom Province is the main destination of a one-day tour organized by Gando Tour on January 25.
Visitors will be picked up at 5 am at 7-Tir Square and will be taken on a trip across a vast salt pan in Qom, the part south of the Persian Gulf Highway connecting Tehran to Qom and Kashan, going on farther south.
Drinking water is most needed and participants are recommended to bring some along with shades and sunglasses. The group will be back in Tehran by 10 pm. More information at Gandotours.com.
