Posthumous Unveiling of Historian Haqiqi’s Articles

The late historian, codicologist and expert in Iranian studies Mohsen Jafari Maz’hab Haqiqi (1958-2017) will be commemorated Sunday at Sara-ye Ahl-e-Qalam (House of Literati) in Tehran, affiliated to Iran Book House. ‘Miras-e Haqiqi’ (Legacy of Haqiqi), a book containing a collection of articles written by the prominent scholar will be unveiled at the ceremony. The book is compiled by historians Mojtaba Tabrizinia and A’zam Hedayati, ILNA reported. Haqiqi’s research and works includes history of Iran during the Mongol and Timurid eras, history of Central Asia as well as Persian documents, manuscripts and codicology, numismatics and historiology. The ceremony is open to the public at the venue located at No. 2, Khaje Nassir Alley, south Mozaffar Brothers Street, Enqelab Avenue.
