Graphic designer and painter Mehdi Sarookhani has set up an exhibition of his works he calls ‘Fine Arts’ at the Museum of Fine Art, Sa’dabad Complex.
It features figurative paintings and collage works depicting historical figures from the Qajar era (1785-1925) in modern settings.
Sarookhani created the paintings between 2014-2017. They are either oil paintings or collages.
Fine Arts opened January 16 and will be on till January 26. Sa’dabad Complex is accessible through Kamal Taheri Street, Fallahi Street, Vali-e-Asr Avenue.
