A solo exhibition of water color paintings by Reza Mohit will open on Friday at Mojdeh Art Gallery in Tehran. This is the first event of its kind the Canada-based artist is holding in Iran after almost 20 years. Works on display are in three categories. One includes portraits of distinguished Iranian artists such as two veteran calligraphers Yadollah Kaboli-Khansari, 69, and Esrafil Shirchi, 55. The other two are works on social developments created by employing different techniques of watercolor painting, Honaronline reported. Located at No. 27, eastern 18th St., North Allameh St., the exhibit will be open through January 26.
