On stage at Sharzad Theater is the play ‘A Life in Theater’ by American playwright, essayist, screenwriter and film director David Mamet.
It focuses on the relationship between two actors, the play’s only characters. Robert is a stage veteran while John is a young, promising actor. Robert feels he has a great deal to teach John, and, as they work together in a series of shows, he shares his wisdom. But as time passes, Robert becomes resentful of John’s success, and John tires of Robert’s cliché and seemingly unwanted advice.
The play is brought on stage by Mir Saeed Molavian and Iman Sayyad Borhani, Tiwall.com wrote.
Located at the intersection of Razi and Neauphle-le-Chateau streets, the performance will be on stage till January 26.
