Khaseb Embarks on National Tour With ‘Mud’

‘Crazy Body’ theater group, led by mimer and performance artist Yaser Khaseb, 37, started a tour Tuesday to stage the ‘Mud’ across Iran.
Mud is based on the timeless story of a creature that rebels against its maker. It contains a satirical symbolism that is Khaseb’s trademark.
Khorramabad, capital of Lorestan Province, was the first place where the group performed on January 2. The show will continue in Arak and Saveh, Markazi Province; Yazd, capital of Yazd Province; Bushehr in Bushehr Province; Behbahan in Khuzestan Province and Shahr-e Kord, capital of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Mehr News Agency reported.
In the performance, Khaseb endows life to a piece of mud, offering some insight into the very core of what shapes creativity.
