Iranian folk band Tiar led by daf player Ayda Amiri-Moqaddam will hold a concert on January 24 for a female audience.

Niavaran Cultural Center in Tehran will host the repertoire including songs in ethnic dialects of Kurdish, Gilaki, Azari, and Lori as well as some well-known traditional Persian songs, Sazoghalam.ir wrote.

Amiri-Moqaddam plays daf and dayereh and will be accompanied by Yasaman Najmoddin on qanun, Fatemeh Dehqani on oud, Golnaz Khalili and Anahita Ramezani on tar and Lida Baqeri on flute. Sahar Zibaei is the singer.

Also playing are Sareh Asad-Elahi and Mahzad Kheradmand on kamancheh and Farideh Sarsangi on the percussion.

The cultural center is located across Niavaran Park on Bahonar Street. Tickets are available at Iranconcert.com.
