Home From a Lens

Mohsen Art Gallery in Tehran is currently playing host to ‘Home’ a collection of photos by Gohar Dashti. In her previous works, Dashti had depicted home as an important place for privacy, socialization and connection to nature, the gallery website reported.  However, in her new photos home is represented as abandoned domestic landscapes occupied by flowers, trees and herbage. The photos will be on display through January 5 at the gallery situated at No. 42, Nourbaksh Alley, Farzan St., East Mina Boulevard.
