Desert Expedition

A three-day expedition of Mesr Desert in the east of Isfahan Province is planned by Arand Tour.

The tour starts at 9 pm on January 3. A VIP bus will pick up visitors at Argentina Square for a night ride to the vast desert plains of Isfahan.

Tourists are expected to arrive in Khur & Biabanak County at 8 in the morning. After breakfast, the journey resumes toward the village of Mesr where accommodation has been arranged. There the visitors will be treated to a variety of programs including desert trekking, camel riding, safari and excursions with all-terrain vehicles.

Visits to pomegranate farms and date palms are planned on the last day. The group is expected to be back in Tehran by midnight of January 5. More information at Arandtour.com.
