Several cinemas are showing the social drama ‘Appendix’.
Directed by Hossein Namazi, it depicts Zari and her husband, Reza, who go to the hospital because Zari is suffering from abdominal pain. As her medical insurance policy has expired, they ‘borrow’ a friend’s ID and the hospital finds out that it is being deceived.
The cast includes Ana Nemati, Amir-Ali Danaei, Reza Akbarpour, Pardis Manouchehri, Marjan Momeni and Mohammad-Ali Kiani, cinematicket.org reported.
Kourosh, Megamall, Mellat and Charsou cineplexes plus Cinema Museum are among the venues screening the film in Tehran.
