Delgosha Art Gallery in Tehran is hosting a solo painting exhibition by painter and sketch artist Mehdi Nemati.
The exhibit opened Friday and will run through January 2 at the venue located at No. 30, Mohajer Alley, Iranshahr Street, Karim Khan Avenue, according to Tandis magazine of visual art (Tandismag.com).
On display are a series of colorful paintings in the form of cartoons. They depict an imaginary world with imaginary creatures. Through his works Nemati tells a story, and to follow the story visitors need to watch the works for a considerable time.
The gallery is closed on Saturdays.
