Famous actress Niki Karimi’s last film ‘Azar’, in which she is also the producer, is on the screens from Wednesday.
With Mohammad Hamzehei as director, the film is about a woman named Azar (played by Karimi) who runs a cafe while her husband is in jail. She also struggles to get her husband out of prison but things do not happen as planned, Cinematicket wrote
Hamidreza Azarang, Farid Sajjadi-Hosseini, Hasti Mahdavi, Leila Zare, Maedeh Tahmasebi, Mehran Nael, Pejman Jamshidi and Houman Seyyedi are the other cast members.
Azadi, Mellat, Charsou, Raga, Tamasha, Arg and Kian cineplexes are among the Tehran venues screening the film.
