Written and directed by Mehdi Gatmiri ‘Meteorite’ is a play currently on stage at Arqanoun Hall.
It is a free adaptation of a namesake play by Swiss author and dramatist Friedrich Dürrenmatt (1921 –1990).
Dürrenmatt was a proponent of epic theater whose plays reflected the  experiences of World War II. The politically active author’s work included avant-garde dramas, philosophical crime novels and macabre satire.
Meteorite is about an immortal well-known Nobel Prize writer who goes to his old home to achieve eternal peace, Tiwall.com wrote.
The cast includes Armin Eftekharzadeh, Pouyan Hemmati, Hadi Talebi, Paria Biglari, Mehdi Bonyadi, Houman Latifian, Amir Mirzadeh, Omid Ahmadi and Farshad Nasiri among others.
The venue, at No. 1, Ziba Alley, after Razi Junction, Neauphle-le-Chateau St., will be hosting the show through December 1.
