The play ‘The History Boys’ written by the British playwright, screenwriter, actor and author Alan Bennett is to go on stage on November 13 at Iranshahr Theater Hall.
The performance is directed by Ashkan Kheil-Nejad and has Mohsen Ablohasani, Majid Aqakarimi, Mehrdad Babaei, Sina Balahang, Sajad Hamidian, Hamed Rasouli, Hamid Rahimi, Mahdi Shahedi, Maryam Nour-Mohammadi, and Amir-Masoud Vaez-Tehrani in the cast, Tiwall.com wrote.
In the play, an unorthodox teacher and his colleagues at a British grammar school try to prepare gifted students for the upcoming Oxford and Cambridge entrance exams.
The venue is close to Iranian Artists Forum, Artists Garden, N. Mousavi St., Taleqani Ave. and will host the play through December 15.
