Parisa Rafi’ Mehr will perform a stage reading of ‘Death of a Salesman’, written by American playwright Arthur Miller, for seven days from November 15.

Miller’s play, rendered into Persian by Ataollah Nourian, addresses loss of identity and a man’s inability to accept change within him and society. The play is a montage of memories, dreams, conflicts and arguments, all of which make up the last 24 hours of Willy Loman’s life.

The actors reading from the text are Saeed Azimi, Azadeh Malmir, Behrad Rafiee, and Behnaz Rouzbahani among others.

The event will be performed at the main hall of the iconic Azadi Tower in southwest Tehran.
