Russia Prize for Nosrati’s Environmental Posters

Graphic designer Alireza Nosrati has won the second prize in the series section of the Golden Turtle International Photography, Painting and Design Competition, held late October in Moscow. For the series section participants had to submit a series of posters, not more than four, on any environmental topic, depicting the same issue, complementing each other, Honaronline reported.
The Golden Turtle includes creative competitions aimed at identifying the best works and projects demonstrating the beauty and harmony of wildlife so as to encourage people worldwide to care for its preservation.
Nosrati is a professional graphic designer famous for his cartoons. He currently works as a graphic designer for IRIB, the state-owned broadcaster.
So far he has won many national and international awards, including Excellent Prize at the 2005 China LM International Carton Contest and the Master Prize at the Taiwan International Cartoon Contest in 2002.
