Tabriz to Kandovan

A three-day tour of sites in East Azarbaijan Province is organized for November 1-3.
It is a railroad trip to Tabriz, capital of East Azarbaijan. Visits to the Blue Mosque, Tabriz Bazaar and Constitution House are on the itinerary. The latter was used as a meeting place for leaders, activists and sympathizers of the Constitution Movement (1905-1911) that led to the creation of a parliament in Iran.
After lunch on Nov. 2, the group will leave the city for the picturesque village of Kandovan, a masterpiece of rock architecture in Sahand rural district of Osku County. A hotel has been booked in the village.
On the final day, Nov. 3, the group returns to Tabriz to head back home by train. More information is available at Kalouttravel.com/tours.
