Painted Photos

Visual artists Shahriyar Sirous and Pouya Talebi have merged photography with painting and past with present in their joint exhibition.

Titled ‘Abyat (Verses) II,’ the exhibit features a series of painted photographs depicting diverse manifestations of Iranian art, the local website Iranart.ir reported.

The works will remain on display at Daargoun Art Gallery until Oct. 31. It is located at No. 14, Bashardoust Dead End, Badiei Street, Kousha Street, Shariati Avenue, south of Hosseinieh-Ershad Public Library. It is open to the public every day, except for Saturdays, from 4 to 8 p.m.
