Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (UAM) will host the 7th International Congress of the Spanish Society of Iranian Studies (SEI) October 16-17.
Scholars from Iran, Spain, Turkey, Georgia and Russia are to attend the meeting at the Autonomous University of Madrid, Mehr News Agency reported.
SEI is organizing the congress in collaboration with the Iranian Embassy in Madrid. The reports said 20 articles are to be presented on the subjects of ancient Iran, Iran in the Islamic period and contemporary Iran.
