Asghar Mohammadi’s Works for Sale

An exhibition of artworks by the late sculptor and painter Asghar Mohammadi (1938-1985) will be held at Vista Art Gallery.
The works to be displayed are collected by the artist’s sister Sorour. She has been collecting her brother’s works after his death. “I’ve kept his works with great passion, because they are like my own children,” she told Honaronline.
Mohammadi has not yet sold any of the collected works, however, due to security reasons and the responsibility of safekeeping, she will put up the artworks for sale at the upcoming exhibition.
A total of 25 paintings and sculptures will be on show at the exhibit that will open October 6 and run through October 16. The venue is located at No. 11, 12th Alley, Miremad Street, Motahari Avenue.
