Theater director Ayoub Aghakhani has written and directed a play named ‘At 7:00 O’clock of the Seventh Day of Fall’, in which, he narrates the life story of Mohammad Jahanara, an Iranian commander in the ‘Battle of Khorramshahr’ during the 1980-1988 Iran-Iraq war, who led his troops to liberate the strategic border city of Khorramshahr.
He died before the city was liberated on May 24, 1982.
Rahim Nourozi, Leila Boloukat and Mohsen Bahrami are the only performers in the work, Tiwall.Com reported. The play will be staged until October 20 every night at City Theater located at Daneshjoo Park, junction of Enqelab St. and Valiasr Ave.
