Farmanfarma Art Gallery is hosting ‘Child of Time’ (in Persian: Zadeye Zaman), a group painting exhibition by 13 visual artists including acclaimed figures.
Participating artists have used the style and techniques of Persian miniature and traditional page illumination within a contemporary context.
The artists include painter and graphic designer Aydin Aghdashlou and painters Farah Osouli, Gizella Varga Sinai and Mitra Kavian among others, Tandis online magazine of visual art (tandismag.com) reported. ‘Child of Time’ opened September 22 and will run through October 20 on all days except Mondays. Visiting hours are 11 am to 8 pm and on Fridays from 4-8 pm.
The venue is located on A’rabi Alley 2, North Kheradmand Street, Karim Khan Avenue.
