Marcopolo Iran Touring Company is organizing one-day tours of Tochal, the mountain resort in north Tehran.
On any agreed date, the tour starts at 9 am from Fatemi Street, before Laleh Hotel, and ends at 6 pm. Bam-Tehran (Tehran’s roof), a recreational complex at the northern tip of Velenjak Street, Tochal cable car, Tochal Summit and Tochal Hotel are included in the tour, the website of the organizing company reported.
Tour leaders will talk briefly about the history of Mount Tochal, the cable car and the Velenjak district stretched over the southern slopes of the mountain. Visitors will get to have a look down at the sprawling capital from the highest point of the city.
