Eight Entries for Serbia ‘Short Form’ Film Festival

Eight Iranian films have been accepted in the competition sections of the 4th International Short Film Festival ‘Short Form’ in Serbia.

In the Micro Film section with 29 titles, Iran is participating with four productions including ‘Soccer Shoes’ by Saeed Arabtaheri, ‘1–0’ by Saman Hosseinpour, ‘Full Color’ by Ario Saffarzadegan and ‘Kite’ by Iraj Afkar, Mehr News Agency reported.

Three films from Iran will compete in the Mini Film section, including ‘Mother’s Embrace’ by Sina Ayubi, ‘Class’ by Reza Golchin and ‘Refugee Camp’ by Saeed Naghavian.

Iran’s sole representative in the Short Film section is the animated piece ‘Light Sight’ produced by Simin Farrokh Ahmadi. The 4th Short Form will be held from September 26-October 1 in the town of Gornji Milanovac.

This year’s event will show films from Spain, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Netherlands, India, Mexico, Turkey, South Africa, Ukraine and Croatia.
