Cut-Out Paintings

Golestan Art Gallery is hosting a solo painting exhibition by Sina Javadi. Twenty paintings are on display at the gallery. They are created with cut-out technique in which flat surfaces of paintings are overlaid on one another. Javadi has perfected the technique in his latest exhibit.  The show opened September 1 and will run through September 6. Visiting hours are 4 to 8 pm. The gallery is closed on Thursday, Gallery Info (galleryinfo.ir) reported. An online version of the exhibit is available on the website of Golestan Art Gallery (golestangallery.com) under the section ‘Current Exhibition.’ The gallery is located at No. 34, Kamasaee Street, Darous neighborhood.
