Inverted Pyramid

A group of five photographers have presented their view of the world at an exhibition underway at Nack Art Gallery. Named the ‘Inverted Pyramid,’ the exhibit features photos by Elmira Ali Akbari, Taher Tatari, Masoud Sabetzadeh, Pouya Sediqi and Ali Reza Fatehi, according to Tandis (tandismag.com). According to the statement, the photos are all considered romanticist. “Romanticism originated in the West as a counter-movement to the idealistic approach once predominant in art.” Inverted Pyramid opened August 18 and will run through August 31. Nack Art Gallery is located at No. 7, Sina Alley, near the intersection of Modarres Highway and Zafar Street. Visiting hours are 12 noon to 6 pm.
