An exhibition of illustrations by a group of Iranian artists is underway in Brescia, northern Italy.

Titled ‘Racconti Illustrati: Abitare fra Realta e Desiderio’ (Illustrated Tales: Living between Reality and Dream), the exhibition is organized under the auspices of PInAC foundation, based in Brescia, according to online magazine of visual arts Roozrang (roozrang.com).

It opened on May 18 and will run through May 28, featuring 25 artworks revolving around the idea of ‘I Live Here.’

The artworks were created under the guidance of graphic artist and illustrator Khosro Ansari, 37 by 17 students of illustration during a three-day workshop conducted by Ansari last year at Sarv Cultural Center in Tehran.

At the workshop, Ansari tried to teach students “how to see the surrounding world and grasp it.” The results of the workshop are now on display at the Brescia gallery.
