Duo Gallery brings together conventional artists who use new technologies to promote arts and crafts. There is also a special space which shows videos and animated films at the gallery.
The display will run through April 5, after which Ashrafi’s collection will be showcased at ‘Maison de la treille’ art gallery in the same city from April 6-9.
Born in Tehran, Ashrafi, 35, is a graduate in graphics from Azad University of Tehran and is currently a member of the Iranian Painters Association (IPA). She started her painting career in 1994, when she was only 13.

Basically a surreal painter, she has been invited to several symposiums and her works have been shown at exhibitions in Italy, Slovakia, Sri Lanka, Armenia, Switzerland and the US.
