The exhibition features 122 photographs selected from among a total of 5,278 photos taken by 1,312 participants, Honaronline reported.

The exhibition and its competition section are aimed at documenting rural architecture in Iran and help identify the effects of climate, economy, culture, society and nature on rural fabrics.

The two competition sections are ‘Single Photo’ and ‘Comparative Photos,’ with the latter highlighting the changes through time.

In the Single Photo section, three photographers will receive cash prizes; the other section though will have only one winner.

Event secretary is photographer Mahnaz Shafiee.

The Housing Foundation’s Rural Housing and Reconstruction Department and the Research Office for Rural Housing have cooperated in the exhibition organized by the cultural institute ‘Tahrir-Kargah-Khial.’

The museum is located at Esfandyari Blvd, Valiasr Avenue.
