Islamic-Persian Art in Spain

A painting exhibition by four Iranian artists is underway at the House of Cantabria in Madrid, Spain.
Composed of 40 paintings, calligraphy, miniature and calligraphy paintings, the exhibit is organized by the Embassy of Iran in Madrid, IRNA reported.
Mohammad Reza Honarvar, Mehdi Khodapanah, Maryam Gholami and Ali Kalhor are the artists whose works are displayed.
During the event which will be open to the public until January 25, the four artists will also hold workshops regarding their work and Persian-Islamic art.
