Viewers’ Choice Fajr Films in DVD Package

Best films by viewers’ choice in the last 19 editions of Fajr International Film Festival (FIFF) have been collected in a DVD package, which will be unveiled on Friday at the Cinematograph Auditorium of Cinema Museum in Tehran.

The unveiling ceremony starts at 5:30 pm and will be attended by cinema artists and proprietors of the best films included in the DVD package, according to the public relations of the Fajr Film Festival.

The films have received audience choice awards for 19 editions of the festival, starting from the 16th edition and ending with the previous 34th edition.

Glass Agency, directed by Ebrahim Hatamikia, in 1998; The Color of Paradise, (Majid Majidi, 1999); Bride of Fire (Khosrow Sinai, 2000); The Lizard (Kamal Tabrizi, 2004); Snow on the Pines (Peyman Moaadi, 2012); The Painting Pool (Maziar Miri, 2012); Track 143 (Narges Abyar, 2013); Hot Line (Mostafa Kiaee, 2014); Crazy Rook (Abolhassan Davoodi, 2014); and Life + One Day (Saeed Roustai, 2016) are among the 19 films in the package.

Cinema Museum is located in the Tajrish neighborhood in northern Tehran. The 35th FIFF is slated for January 29-February 9.
