Webinar on Library Data

A webinar on ‘Big Data in Libraries’ will be conducted by Seyyed Mehdi Taheri, head of the Central Library of Allameh Tabatabai University in Tehran and faculty member.

The webinar will be held on Thursday, (Dec. 22), under the auspices of the Education Committee at Iranian Library and Information Science Association (ILISA) and Armook Institute of Education, IBNA quoted public relations of Armook as stating.

Big Data in Libraries will be conducted as an online scientific workshop on topics such as ‘the concept of big data’, ‘opportunity or threat’, ‘solutions’, ‘the interrelations between big data, linked data and data mining’, as well as ‘big data and libraries’.
