A collection of artworks by the Iranian filmmaker Amir Shahab Razavian will be displayed at an exhibition at the Queen Gallery in Toronto, Canada, October 9.

Titled ‘Dream, Memory and War’, the exhibit includes Razavian’s paintings and drawings where he will narrate the story behind each work to the visitors as well, ISNA reported.

He has previously showcased his works in different American cities such as New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

On the style of his works, the artist said he has “learnt it from children” and only paints the themes that he likes which are sometimes part of his memories and dreams.

Razavian, 51, is an Iranian filmmaker and producer. He has produced over 40 short films, animations and documentaries as well as seven feature films.
