Actress Soltani who had her first concert at Vahdat earlier in July, will perform again to help the Tehran-based association which supports patients suffering from extensive burns, Honaronline reported.

The group which she recently founded, performs exclusively for women. The all-female pop orchestra accompanying Soltani as vocalist, includes seven musicians, namely Taravat Babakhanlu, Sahar Mirhashemi, Niaz Lahrudi, Mahtab Fat’hollah Nuri, Armita Salimi, Shirin Vaezi and Forugh Fazli.

Academically educated in music, Soltani, 47, plays the piano and santur professionally and has learned classical singing from Iranian traditional singer Hengameh Akhavan.
