A total of 11 Iranian artists showcased their paintings at an exhibition in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur, which opened on October 31.

The exhibition is being held with the cooperation of Iranian ‘Moka’ab Gallery’ and Iran’s cultural attaché office in Malaysia. The works are mostly oil paintings, IRNA reported. The exhibition will continue till November 13.

Earlier 32 paintings by Iranian artists Asghar Yaghoubi, Amirhossein Zekrgou, Bahador Moeer, Hojjat Ranjbar, Mohammad Tirani, Fathollah Marzaban, Fatemeh Mofarrahi, Narges Chalak, Zahra Hosseini, Hadi Mohit and Maryam Rashidi had been showcased in Malaysia’s first Art Biennale ‘Biennale Langkawi,’ held from October 12-21. Artists from 30 world countries participated in the art biennale and more than 250 paintings were displayed.
