‘Made in Iran’ Expo in Switzerland

An extensive exhibition series dubbed ‘Made in Iran’ with focus on the diversity of Iranian contemporary art scene will be held in Lucerne, Switzerland.
Starting from August 29 it will run through October 3. “AB Gallery in Lucerne will host the fascinating and capturing art scene of Iran,” Mehr News Agency reported.
A broad range of media and topics will be presented through the works of artists including Sara Abbasian, Ali Esmaeillou, Sahand Hesamiyan and Azadeh Razaghdoost.
The works cover a wide range of themes such as the human being, grotesque depictions, Islamic architecture as well as paintings influenced by poets of the 19th century like William Blake and Charles Baudelaire.
