India’s embassy will hold ‘Indian Cultural Week’ at Tehran’s Niavaran Palace in cooperation with Iran Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization (ICHHTO) from July 27-31.
The five-day program includes screening of films and music concerts as well as displaying handicrafts and ethnic food, said a press release by the public relations office of Niavaran Cultural Historic Complex. The complex comprises several buildings and a museum. Currently, a number of its historical buildings are open to visitors. The center also contributes to cultural activities by holding exhibitions and concerts as well as staging plays.
The cultural week is free for the public. The complex is located in northern Tehran, at Shahid Bahonar (Niavaran) Sq.
