Epic Animation Screened in Middle East

Iranian 3D animation ‘Battle of the Kings, Rostam and Sohrab,’ directed by Kianoush Dalvand, has started screening in Middle Eastern countries.
Produced by the Dalvand Brothers Company, the animation is based on the tragic story of ‘Rostam and Sohrab’, a mythical story in Shahnameh (Epic of Kings) by renowned Persian poet Abolqasem Ferdowsi, MNA reported.
The animation was introduced in the Cannes Film Market on the sidelines of the 2012 prestigious Cannes Film Festival, in France.
The animation had been earlier screened in the US, South Africa and Turkey.
