The ‘Beauty of Persian Horse National Festival’ was celebrated in Sepidan county of Fars Province, in southern Iran, where a total of 180 purebred horses were displayed.
Turkmen, Kurdish, Persian-Arab horses together with Persian horses were among the breeds showcased in the event May 13-16, MNA reported.
Concurrent with the festival, construction of a horse racing track, in an area of 15 hectares, in Fars Province commenced.
