‘Eleven Mothers’ at Bogota  Fest

Iran’s documentary ‘Eleven Mothers’, directed by Arash Eshaghi, will take part in the Bogota International Film Festival in Colombia.

Arash Eshaghi, director of the documentary, told Mehr News that the movie is set to compete in the upcoming Bogota festival.

The documentary which will compete in the Human Rights Section of the festival depicts the lives of eleven mothers whose sons were martyred.

It has participated in other festivals including the Barcelona International Film Festival in Spain and Quino International Film Festival in Mexico.

The Bogota International Film Festival (or Bogocine; Spanish: Festival de Cine de Bogota) is an annual film festival held since 1984. The awards given in the festival are known as Circulo Precolombino (literally: Precolumbian Circle).
