The national stage of the Qur’an contest for Iran’s visually-impaired will be held in Tehran later this month.
The Awqaf and Charity Affairs Organization, Tehran’s District 3 Municipality and the Special Education Organization (SEO) will jointly hold the Qur’an event, IQNA reported.
The participants will compete in the categories of memorization (4 levels) and recitation of the holy book.
Nearly 76 individuals have made it to the final level after topping the preliminary rounds held in January in different provinces. The national competition will be staged on February 25-26.
