TEDPIX Ends Trade Week at 183,367

Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 147.84 points or 0.08% on Wednesday to end trading at 183,367.3.

About 2.28 billion shares valued at $38.96 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends Wednesday. Zar Spring MFG. Co. was the biggest winner as its shares went up 9.47% to 1,399 rials per share. 

Neyriz White Cement Factory incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies and went down 9.36% to 17,316 rials per share.

Omid Investment Group gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Bank Mellat, and Mapna Group.

Isfahan Oil Refining Co. contributed the most to the benchmark's fall, followed by Pars Petrochemical Company, and Tehran Oil Refining Co.

The Price Index gained 43.06 points to close at 53,408.8.

The First Market Index was up 587.15 points to post 136,336.2. 

The Second Market Index decreased by 2,021.79 points to reach 359,090.2.Industry Index went down by 290.10 points to register 167,135.9.

The Free Float Index was up 691.09 points to hit 193,517.07. TSE 30 went up 4.68 point to settle at 9,129.5 and the TSE 50 ended 8.25 points lower to finish at 8,104.4.

 

IFX Down 1.08%

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX lost 22.12 points or 1.08% to close Wednesday trade at 2,018.16.

About 1.13 billion securities valued at $29.05 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company had the highest number of traded shares and trade value as 262 million of its shares worth $1.35 million were traded.

Rail Pardaz Seir Co., Sabzevar Lar Cement Co., and Baghmisheh Urban Development and Housing Co. registered the highest value increase.

Kish Parsian Electronic Commerce, Middle East Mines Industries Development Holding Company, and Sobhan Oncology Co. suffered the biggest decline.

Middle East Mines Industries Development Holding Company, Zagros Petrochemical Co, and Marun Petrochemical Co. had the most negative impact on IFX.
