    Postal Damage Claim System Goes Online

    A new system, which allows complainants to file refund claims against the company online, was launched by Iran Post Company’s Office of Quality and Customer Affairs.

    Before the new system was launched, the refund process was long-haul, but now all complaints and claims will be attended to and dealt with, and the complainant will be refunded in less than 48 hours, IRNA reported on Saturday.
